Advancing Inclusion specializes in crafting programs that foster inclusive leadership. We collaborate closely with heads of business to align inclusion and diversity initiatives to the overall talent strategy of the organization so that they enable business goals rather than function as a stand-alone extra. Our programs include everyone, build bridges between members of different groups, and are grounded in academic research. Principal consultant Lori Dobeus, previously the global co-lead for internal inclusion and diversity at McKinsey & Company, brings analytical rigor and deep experience in leadership development to every engagement.
